Let’s strengthen our solidarity with the Palestinian struggle for liberation! 

 

More than 700,000 Palestinians and their families were expelled from their homes and dwellings in 1948 in connection with the establishment of the State of Israel. The term “Nakba,” Arabic for “catastrophe,” refers to this devastating expulsion. Every year on May 15, this catastrophe is commemorated worldwide in connection with current issues. This year, the commemoration risks being overshadowed by concerns over the growing number of military conflicts, particularly in the Middle East. But all these wars are part of the imperialists’ struggle to redivide the world at the expense of the peoples and to secure imperialist hegemony. In the wake of the war over Iran, the Netanyahu regime, with its plans for a Greater Israel, is now attacking the West Bank and Lebanon as well and continues its genocide in Gaza.

 

Let us use May 15 this year specifically to further advance our struggle for the freedom of Palestine, against the warmongers of Israel, the U.S., and all their supporters, to strengthen the ICOR’s Solidarity Pact with the Palestinian liberation struggle, specifically the Al Awda medical health network in the Gaza Strip. The people in Gaza currently lack water and hygienic living conditions in particular. Around the world, there continues to be strong solidarity among the masses with the people of Gaza. Over €330,000 in donations has already been collected for the ICOR Solidarity Pact, €169,000 of which is earmarked for the construction of a hospital. 120 brigade members are waiting to be deployed! Let us use May 15 to strengthen this support and our preparations for the construction of the ICOR Health Center. Let us also use this day to strengthen the unity of revolutionaries worldwide in the struggle against imperialism!.
